Last night, Donald Trump had a raging meltdown in front of the entire country at a Pennsylvania rally. Instead of focusing on what he was supposed to be doing, which was supporting GOP congressional candidate Rick Saccone, Trump hijacked the event and went into a fit of rage as cameras rolled.
During his speech at the rally, Trump attacked everyone from former President Barack Obama to Oprah Winfrey to MSNBC’s Chuck Todd (who Trump actually cursed out in front of his audience). Trump’s speech got horrendous marks for his unpresidential behavior, and this morning it’s obvious he’s still bitter about it.
Trump has spent his Sunday morning melting down about everything from his Russian scandal to the Democrat “obstruction” he’s facing, but most of his temper tantrum has been aimed at the “Fake News” media and his horrendous approval rating. Most recently, Trump tweeted and bragged about GOP-leaning polls stating that his approval ratings are “higher than Obama” at around 50%, even though more reputable sources are saying that Trump’s approval ratings are still low as hell. Here’s what Trump’s been saying:
Rasmussen and others have my approval ratings at around 50%, which is higher than Obama, and yet the political pundits love saying my approval ratings are ‘somewhat low.’ They know they are lying when they say it. Turn off the show – FAKE NEWS!”
The Republicans are 5-0 in recent Congressional races, a point which the Fake News Media continuously fails to mention. I backed and campaigned for all of the winners. They give me credit for one. Hopefully, Rick Saccone will be another big win on Tuesday.”
If Trump thinks his speech last night is going to help Saccone win, he’s going to be extremely disappointed. Trump’s performance horrified the nation and has pretty much ensured that Trump will never be considered presidential material. EVER.
