Donald Trump and his whole entitled family have absolutely disgraced the White House. Not only has Trump continued to brag about his historically low approval rating and false accomplishments, but he refuses to do any work — and his family is more than happy to go along with it.
This is a far cry from the days of former President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama, but Trump tried to convince everyone otherwise yesterday. During his unhinged speech at a Pennsylvania campaign rally, Trump told his audience that First Lady Melania Trump’s life is “not so easy.”
Despite the fact that Melania has pretty much abandoned every campaign she’s ever started (like her hilarious cyber-bullying campaign), Trump said Melania was a “great first lady.” Trump said:
Great first lady. She’s great. You think her life is so easy, folks? Not so easy.”
That’s enough to make you want to vomit, isn’t it? Especially considering that Melania had such big shoes to fill after Michelle. Yet Trump continued, trying to hype up Melania’s new focus in the White House, combating the opioid crisis. Trump said:
We put Melania and other people on this blue ribbon committee. Do you think the drug dealers that kill thousands of people during their lifetime, do you think they care who is on a blue ribbon committee? The only way to solve the drug problem is through toughness. When you catch a drug dealer, you’ve got to put him away for a long time.”
Trump then spoke positively about executing drug dealers, because clearly there was nothing more to say about Melania. Much like her husband, the First Lady has nothing to show for her 1+ year in the White House. Melania has been pretty much MIA, especially after Trump’s sex scandals and affairs have continuously dominated the news.

These pro-Melania remarks are interesting, especially since it was just last week that Trump hinted that their relationship was on the rocks. At the Gridiron Club dinner, Trump joked that “Stephen Miller or Melania” would be the next to leave the Trump administration.
